WELL CERTIFICATION

Creating spaces for a LIFE WELL BALANCED is something The PARQ greatly values. This is why we design and develop this project according to WELL Standard established by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL Standard stands out from other building certifications for its care in evaluating the building’s performance onsite. The standard focuses on promoting human physical and mental health and wellbeing. The on-site performance verification by WELL’s certifying body monitors, measures and inspects qualities of air, hand hygiene, light, water, nourishment, fitness, comfort, and mindfulness.

The PARQ has now been awarded WELL Core Gold and is on track to become Thailand’s First development with LEED Gold® and Well Certified™ Core Gold.
