Motorcycle’s condition will start 1^st April 2023

1. Free for the first 30 minutesupon entry
2. Without parking redemption: Over 30 minutes, the charge of 50 THB/houris applied. A Fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
3. With parking redemption:
   • Purchase1-299 baht, Redeem 30 minutes free parking with the hourly charge rate of 30 baht. The charge from 31st – 60th minutes will be 30 THB. Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht/hour. A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
   • Purchase 300-499 baht, Redeem 2 hours free parking with the hourly charge rate of30 baht. Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht/hour. A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
   • Purchase 500 bahtor more, Redeem 3 hours free parking with the hourly charge rate of 30 baht. Each following hour will be charged as 30 baht/hour. A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
4. Saturday, Sunday, and Building holidays: free 3 hours parking. If parking over 3 hours:
   • Without parking redemption: Charge at 50 baht/ hour. A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
   • With parking redemption: Charge at 30 baht/ hour. A fraction of an hour will be charged as 1 hour.
5. Overnight parking: A fine of 1,000 THB/night will be applied.
6. Lost/Damaged parking ticket: If the ticket is lost or damaged, the ticket holder shall pay a fine of THB 300 and the parking charge calculated at 50 THB/hour is applied. Then present the proof of ownership to the building management before removing the car from the parking facilities.
7. Kasemsubsiri Co., Ltd, and the building management will not be responsible for any damage during parking in the building’s car park.
